EXCELLENT Customer Service; QUALITY service Bought a honda ridgeline from Joe who was honest and gracious and down to earth; no high pressure - just helpful. Truck had some issues that took a few tries to fix. The whole time they were courteous, provided loaner vehicle, and continued working on it until all was in great shape, never asking for another dime. Waited a couple months to make sure no other issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe & Gateway Auto. They are honest; run an honest business.

Josh is amazing! He has always gone above and beyond for my little family. He works with us on whatever we need. We have now purchased our 3rd car from Gateway and they have always always ALWAYS helped us out and made sure we understand everything. We will always go back and will recommend people to go there as well.

Wes, Joe, and Josh were fantastic to work with. Very straightforward, honest, no gimmicks. The vehicles are reasonably priced and they didn’t try to throw on a bunch of hidden fees on anything. Overall, I had a fantastic car buying experience and would absolutely recommended Gateway Auto.

Very good experience. Wes the salesman was very courteous and no pressure. Josh the finance guy also very accommodating. They did a nice job detailing and servicing the car before I bought it. New tires brakes and oil change. I would buy from them again. Quick and easy including financing.

I'm thankful I was recommended to go to Gateway Auto - Service Center. They correctly diagnosed The broken air compressor on my vehicle. That was what caused the issue of my car failing to start. The previous mechanic I spoke with misdiagnosed my car and led me to believe that I needed to replace the engine. It turned out that was not necessary. I thank Gateway for saving me thousands of dollars and huge amount of time.

I love this establishment they are always upfront with you. They really know there cars. I had a cracked thermostat with leaking hose. That was my concern to and it was addressed with promptness. I will refer anyone to this establishment for there services. Great customer service and always ask the repairs are working out. If there is any issues they are there to help. So far so good. I took them a vehicle I had sheared a bolt on and they were able to tap it out and had the vehicle back to me within the same day. The generously supplied an Uber so I could get to work after I dropped it off, not something I asked for and planned on walking so that was very kind of them.
