These guys were amazing with both me and my family. Had a little one with me that they were very welcoming towards. Actually helped us find the best deal for financing that helped out a lot. Had a slight hiccup which caused a time delay, they did more than most to accommodate and were just pleasant to be around the entire time.

EXCELLENT Customer Service; QUALITY service Bought a honda ridgeline from Joe who was honest and gracious and down to earth; no high pressure - just helpful. Truck had some issues that took a few tries to fix. The whole time they were courteous, provided loaner vehicle, and continued working on it until all was in great shape, never asking for another dime. Waited a couple months to make sure no other issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe & Gateway Auto. They are honest; run an honest business.

Gateway Auto Service Center is the only place I've taken my car since I bought it. They always get my car done quickly and not too expensive. Alex is very friendly and very knowledgeable especially when it comes to warranty stuff. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of like happens at some other places. My husband has also started bringing his car here. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

I know firsthand now how professional and qualified Gateway Auto is and trust them completely with my car care. I recently needed a major repair and was concerned about finding a reputable business that had the technical knowledge to manage the repair. Search no further. Gateway got the job done in the time they estimated st the price quoted and kept me updated with great communication from start to finish. This was my first visit with them but won't be my last.

A/C went out in this heat. Jacob and his team diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and got me back on the road quickly. Reasonable prices, good advice, don’t upsell you and get the job done. Routine or emergency maintenance, this is the place to go.

Can’t recommend Gateway auto enough. Super knowledgeable technicians. Fixed my AC concern I was having that other shops weren’t able to correctly diagnose. Service advisor did an excellent job about calling and keeping me in the loop about repair times. Overall great experience would recommend to everyone!
