Josh is amazing! He has always gone above and beyond for my little family. He works with us on whatever we need. We have now purchased our 3rd car from Gateway and they have always always ALWAYS helped us out and made sure we understand everything. We will always go back and will recommend people to go there as well.

I'm thankful I was recommended to go to Gateway Auto - Service Center. They correctly diagnosed The broken air compressor on my vehicle. That was what caused the issue of my car failing to start. The previous mechanic I spoke with misdiagnosed my car and led me to believe that I needed to replace the engine. It turned out that was not necessary. I thank Gateway for saving me thousands of dollars and huge amount of time.

I love this establishment they are always upfront with you. They really know there cars. I had a cracked thermostat with leaking hose. That was my concern to and it was addressed with promptness. I will refer anyone to this establishment for there services. Great customer service and always ask the repairs are working out. If there is any issues they are there to help. So far so good. We drove here from Colorado and my Hummer's steering stopped working about 5 hours from or destination. As soon as we got to Omaha I looked up a shop that could help me get it working again. Turns out I chose the perfect shop for the job. My steering is working perfectly now and everything they did was top notch. Thanks so much for putting my Hummer back to drivable. I couldn't be happier ☺️. 5 out of 5 stars! I highly recommend them 👌🏼.

Gateway Collision is the real deal. They live full service and give great service! Marc is amazing. They completed several different body repairs on my Honda through 2 different insurance companies and we’re so helpful through the entire process. Couldn’t have asked for more!
